Hi! I'm Abby Warner and I am the Director of Product Support here at Compendium. As Director of Product Support, I work with internal and external users of the Compendium Software to resolve changes and issues. I serve as front line support and work to ensure we are providing the best blogging software around!
I am competitive in nature and I enjoy problem solving and building client relationships, but most importantly the challenge of exceeding expectations.
On the personal side, I am married to my best friend and am the proud mother of two amazing children and one dog. I love the company of family, friends and great food!
It all starts with STRATEGY... whether you are looking at starting
a blog, thinking about content creation, planning promotions to run
or preparing for your very first blog design, I always recommend
beginning in the same place and asking yourself:
"What is my strategy and what do I want to get out of this

AddThis or
ShareThis and
honestly, what I always tell the other person, it depends on
the week. The two are constantly in the chase of new features
and both are wonderful (and really should be required for your

Last week, I surveyed the Compendium team and asked, "If you

be?" Below are the responses I received.
- Jennifer Buscher - I would add LinkedIn to the “promote”
box.
- Brian Millis - Analytic tracking and presentation of ROI
directly in the interface.
- Brian Millis - A close second would be any feature that...

an updated user interface and version control to our template
editor.
Some of the major differences that you will notice are:
- The width of the template editor has been expanded to fit the
width of your screen.
- The draft preview is now...

Recently, I fell to a social marketing campaign on
Facebook. I decided to submit my comment to a company's
Facebook post and to my surprise, I was selected as a
winner.
In about an 8 hour period of time, they had over 300
submissions. Not bad, I thought, but immediately, my
mind went to:
"What value is this company actually driving to...
